I'd be willing to roll the dice with Francis, Cordero, or Bonderman. The Rockies might end up trading Hawpe or Spilborghs and apparently they're blaming their problems from this past season on being too left handed (heh), so Bradley could pique their interest. The Tigers would probably be more willing to trade Bonderman, but I think they already have enough corner OF/DH types. The same holds true with the Reds, Cordero, and corner OFs, unless they decide to jettison Nix and/or Gomes.
The AFL is more of a scouts' league than anything else. Plus, it's one of the most hitter-friendly environments in baseball. I wouldn't put much stock into numbers and performance; especially for pitchers.
I bet it happens a lot more in those places, actually. I think the Cubs players are just the only ones who complain about it. Are they really the only ones to complain about it? I can't remember anybody specific, but I thought there have been some complaints in those cities recently. Boston has a well-known racist reputation. While a lot of it is historically rooted, it may still be merited.
