  1. A top 5 finish in the Cy Young vote in 2019
  2. So now that the Brewers' dynasty is back on, what can we get for Wade in this market?
  3. Lololololol Was it really necessary to use a thousand OLs because I got a first name wrong? You that desperate to be a little troll [expletive]? No I wasn't even referencing the name. Your doom boner kills me because it's completely unwarranted yet you keep going to the well.
  4. https://twitter.com/slegrbombs71/status/889573837590888449 One of my favorite things to do is swap the audio overlay for the 5th inning and laugh at what Coomer describes and what actually happens.
  5. Choking dog Kris Bryant, before his pathetic groundout, was hitting .243/.333/.432 against the White Sox, and sporting a 40.5% K-rate. If you can't get up for the Crosstown Cup, what are you even doing here, Kris?
  6. I wonder if this makes them go harder for Darvish. They have the division wrapped up, but if Kershaw is dead and they don't know how healthy he'll be for October then they should probably make Darvish happen. I don't think it changes their degree of pursuit in Darvish or another pitcher of his caliber. He's basically had the same injury 2 times prior and he's been able to come back without much difficulty, so I'm guessing the Dodgers aren't too worried about the injury lingering into October. The same injury over and over is chronic and I bet it gets harder to predict healing. I hope they don't go after Darvish personally.

  8. I've said this before on here but he's a fraud IMO. Many things he exclusively reports have turned out to be outright false (potentially all of them, I've never seen him hit on anything), and the rest is him trailing a report from a credible writer saying that his sources are telling him the same thing. Yeah that's what his timeline felt like but I had no idea since I hadn't ever paid attention to him. I didn't realize he was part of that Sports Mockery site, which is basically a garbage click bait site.
  9. I think that's the only year we've ever won it since it was introduced. Not that the crosstown cup means anything at all, but i hate how if the series is a split, the defending team "wins" it. I mean that's fine that the cup is retained but I don't think it deserves to be celebrated on the field with photos etc if you split a series with the other team. But again the crosstown cup is stupid, we have bigger fish to fry lol You dare besmirch the Crosstown Cup? This is why White Sox fans hate Cubs fans.
  10. I think I saw a tweet that said forearm/general tightness. Derrick Rose recommends sitting out two seasons.
  11. We should probably trade Wade Davis though, because they're not catching the Brewers
  12. Maybe I should just turn down the volume on my TV but the remote is on the other couch.
  13. That ball sounded crushed off the bat. horsefeathers these microphones
  14. Not sure how that wasn't ruled interference since he was just sojourning around the horsefeathering plate
  15. Clutch hitter would've gone yard. What a horsefeathering bum.
  16. Good start Q, the Cubs as an organization, have no idea how to get DeJong and Grichuk out so you can't be blamed for those
  17. Super lucky so he's still a horse's butt in clutch situations.
  18. Quintana has his EvoShield on upside down on his arm
  19. Always playing the long game. Let him dong us so the Cardinals think he's good and they keep playing him against everyone else while producing negative WAR.
  20. It's just too bad Schwarber is so lost out there
