Someone here playing Defense Fantasy Football? Eh. I got in late (like, two days before the first game) to fantasy this year because I was really busy around the time when most people drafted their leagues. I signed up for some random Yahoo public league and, yes, he has individual defensive players. I don't really love it, but I don't hate it.

No doubt this is one of those games that will be a sellout on paper but will have thousands of no-shows among our supposedly faithful STH base. When I lived at home this was a Sunday morning when I could almost plan on a couple of relatives calling and offering me their tickets. Yeah, it's almost creepishly quiet out there. I went down to Panera for breakfast this morning. Usually it's packed on gamedays, it was quiet today. It's kinda funny, they have the TSA traffic people standing out here at the corner of Harrison and Wabash and they have absolutely nothing to do. There's no more traffic than any other day.

So, I live about a mile from Soldier. Generally, the parking lot next to my building is filled with people going to the game by about 9am on gamedays. As it stands right now, the lot is still about half empty. Pretty weird.

Anybody watching the bulls/cavs game tonight? Is it me or are the announcers very clearly rooting for the Cavs? Or maybe they're just verbally blowing Gibson.
