  1. Okay now THAT throw, was a terrible idea.
  2. YES IT DOES! Jesus, man. I'm not even a Bears fan, but come on. Yes, Cutler has made some poor throws. However, when you have a godawful O-line there are men in the backfield far more often. Which means the QB has to rush his throws to avoid the sack. Which lead to....you guessed it... INTERCEPTIONS. It's not that complicated of a formula. Plus, add on top of that, that the bears have showed very poor ability to run the ball. Which means that defenses can sit back and expect the pass. What is so complicated about this formula. I understand that fully well however it doesn't mean you throw more interceptions than EVERYONE ELSE. You missed the key part. Sure it means the defense will have an easier time getting picks but it doesn't mean he leads the league in INT's. He is not the only QB with a bad o-line and run game. Well, when you have one of the worst O-lines in the league (UMF gave the stats earlier, i believe) and I'd also have to believe that they are towards the bottom of the league in running the ball.....It kind of goes a long way in explaining it. Not to mention the times (especially the GB game) when his receivers just stopped running routes. What it comes down to is that a lot of his INT's haven't been entirely his fault. Some have. But there are a lot of contributing factors to his poor numbers.
  3. ? He just ran it again.

  5. That's kinda interference.
  6. That showed quite a bit of maturity not to strike back there.
  7. That's not a fair comparison and you know it. Orton has better receivers and a better o-line. Cutler has a pretty mediocre group of WR's playing pretty well. Yes, he's made his share of mistakes, but the fact remains.
  8. Wow. Nice stop by teh bears D.
  9. What a horrid throw.
  10. I'd be fine with that. Come on guys. It's not a bears forum. Cubbie Bum should definitely expect to be in the minority, but why shouldn't he be allowed to cheer for his team? Because if you're a Cubs fan and a fan of some team other than the Bears when it comes to football we don't really want your subhuman opinions around here anyway  :-))

  12. I didn't wear a cup when I played football. Too many pads/too much clothing in that area as it is. Cup made it unbearable. I didnt used to wear a cup when i fought because it was wildly uncomfortable, especially when you are kicking and such. First time I got kicked square in the balls, though, I learned to live with the discomfort. I couldn't imagine stepping on an NFL field without one.
  13. Awh man, the announcers are back.
  14. I was just thinking that. I could get used to this.
  15. Uhm, where did the announcers go?
  16. So how many people are actually watching the game, here?
  17. Funny because Wale is the only one that Davis complimented. Good for Wale for standing up for his team, though. That said, Davis is right.
  18. Frank Gore is on my fantasy team. I have a feeling he will singlehandedly outscore the entire opposing team this week.
  19. Whut. there was something in MLBtraderumors yesterday with that quote from Jocketty about Votto other than that, i don't know what you are confused about Whether or not comparing Votto to Pujols was a joke. no, it isn't a joke if he is well put together next season he will be nasty...i am not saying he is a better player...but i wouldn't be surprised to put up number similar or even better...the kid is a pure hitter Hahaha So you expect him to put up approx. .334/.427/.628/1.055/172 (BA/OBP/SLG/OPS/OPS+) every year? And yes, that's Pujols' career average numbers. Freaking mind blowing.
  20. At this point Bradley might be a better pitcher than harang. Well okay, maybe not that bad. But he's still been very, very mediocre the last two years.
  21. I hate these bud light tailgate commercials
  22. Hahahahaha. I love him. I must find video of this.
  23. Leinart coming in.
