hehe. Yeah, if that's the way you describe a throw that bounces twice before it ever makes it to the infield. And why does Jones do that exaggerated shoulder turn when makes his throws. Its like he thinks he is cocking his gun or something.

Not just Clausen. Notre Dame is going to bring in a monster class this year. ND outdid UM last year (according to Rivals) and the gap will get bigger with the classes this year. UM is doing quite well this early too. The difference in talent wont be as big in favor of UM as it has in the past, but it wont be eye popping in favor of ND either to say they are going to go on a win streak for a while against the Wolverines. Of course UM has lost 3 times in a row to OSU so who knows it could very well happen, but it wasnt because they didnt match up talent wise to those guys.

Funny thing is this might have been the best opponent they beat all year! No one said it was decisive or dominating. Raisin just busted on ND when his team lost to us this season...seems like he shouldn't have much to say about ND, at least this year. I'm not bold enough to predict an Irish upset of the Wolverines this September, but it will be a tight game. UM probably wins because of experience, but it will be the last one you get for a while. Why because of Clausen. Mallett for UM isnt to shaby himself. Mallett V. Clausen will be a very interesting series of games. Andy did admit later that he shouldnt have overlooked Michigan after the defeat this year. He earned props from me for that because he had countless posts about how that game wasnt even a worry of his on ND's schedule to the NCG.

Wow Mariners have been hot of late. They are due for a couple losses here, we caught em at the right time! Maybe they will go in a Chicago Cubs type slump after realing off some real solid wins. Murton should get the start tonight right. I was going to say, 'you can get hot anytime now jock' but its washburn and if he does play hes getting the collar. -

Its just a pile of crap. No matter how you slice and dice it, its still a pile of crap. If its not one thing its another. I cant believe this team is the worst in 1 run games.

His numbers so far this year are really good. I dont knock him but he doesnt have that "wow factor" in his stuff. That doesnt mean he wont be good because a lot of good pitchers dont have the wow factor either. He changes speeds pretty well and is getting his curve over for a strike. Im very impressed so far and his K rate is whats so encouraging. Maybe he really has turned the corner in being a major leaguer. He had a really rough start in AA but came around the next year, could be doing it again but this time in the bigs. Im getting kinda excited about him.

Cuban would not sit idle on this. Cuban takes things a little to far in criticizin the refs in the NBA but in this instance he would have a lot of support. He would call Selig out and it would be fantastic.
