  1. I heard this too but the Saints also want the jets 3rd rounder. they talked about that system of points or whatever and it said that is what moving up 2 spots from #4 to #2 is. Call me crazy be 'sliding' down 2 spots sure seems worth it to get another pick around the late 20's without the 3rd rounder. Hell you might even get the guy at #4 you wanted and get to pay him less because of his draft slot. Also teams that are drafting that high need a lot of positions its not like they should be only targeting one player.
  2. How is this helpful? Description for those of us not watching would be better. Sorry, didnt know i was providing a service. BTW inning over on GB
  3. howry is soo un-cub like. he doesnt walk people
  4. was .258 going into today. now .292 3 hits verse willis!
  5. yeah whats his problem. also does he ever throw to first.
  6. Just gotta tip your hat to a great pitcher. Nah, i think they need to check the ball. Gamesmanship ya know.
  7. Fast forward the same situation 5 innings. Why does one run later mean more than one run now? A run is a run; I'll take one in whatever inning I can get it in. Because the marlins have 5 innings to get that run back. in the 7 or 8 they have less outs. but if the Cubs didn't get the run, the Marlins would have had 5 innings to take the lead, I like 1 run lead with our pen + the conditions. True, the conditions make it more digestable. It still tastes bad but im not vomitting.
