  1. Saints only outgained the Bears by 26 yards in the 1st half
  2. This offense is just not talented enough and playcalling not aggressive enough to sustain long drives. Eventually they will get stuck in a second or third and long and the pass blocking will be exposed. Also Barth is not an NFL caliber kicker
  3. What do you think is more likely the Bears open things up and try to get back into the game or stick with 80% runs and hope to break a couple?
  4. Yeah that was (another) gaffe by Fox. I am not sure they overturn it though because only your teams
  5. Well I really don't expect this offense to put up 11 more points much less hold the saints for the rest of the game.
  6. Man the running game is torching the Bears on this drive.
  7. As much as I hate running in 95% of 1st downs, you can really see a Bears drive stall immediately if Mitch throws an incompletion on 1st down.
  8. Why are they calling play action on 3rd and goal from the 8? Jeez Although I guess if there was ever a team that would do a delayed handoff on 3rd and goal from the 8 it would be the Bears
  9. With a super conservative offense playing against a high flying offense you can't give them 4 points on a platter. Terrible
  10. Great job special teams wow. Another mistake filled Fox game
  11. Wtf Callahan? That's an inexcusable missed tackle that leads to a 50+ yard gain
  12. Inman, Wheaton and Grassu lead the list of inactive
  13. There's still plenty of time and young talent to make this post look stupid in a few months but it's sad how quickly this team has gone from contender to maybe fringe playoff team. They look slow and sloppy. Seabrook Keith and Toews are shells of their former selves. Ugh Somehow the Bears have become the 2nd most promising team in Chicago
  14. While you should definitely drop absolutely everything you are doing and mainline at least the first 6 seasons right now, it will probably never have the same impact as growing up with comedy perfection in real time. It's such a brilliant show, or was...I don't really know how else to sell it.
  15. This is some combination of the Bears so desperately needing a downfield threat and the Bears playbook currently being so simplistic that one can learn enough of it in 3 days to play.
  16. Why does it have to be an "or"
  17. Man you can't mislead us like that. I briefly got super excited that we brought back Jake Buchanan and now I feel deceived.
  18. Who would be the option if Hickey for whatever reason chose the Giants?
  19. Cool with the move. Nothing wrong with Mallee but it will be nice to see if Davis can help young guys who still have room to improve like Russell and Schwarber.
  20. US out of the World Cup, Fire crushed out of the playoffs, Everton in the relegation zone....yeah goodbye soccer for a bit.
  21. Weird.... http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2738334-todd-frazier-says-yankees-game-5-win-vs-indians-was-for-joe-girardi Of course that's 1 player and it sort of implies other people shared the same sentiment as Frazier.
  22. No but there's always the chance Mitch is hit behind the line of scrimmage and the ball travels downfield 10 yards or something
  23. *unpopular opinion alert* I don't really hate the Dodgers other than the sting of losing to them. They look like they are having fun and I kind of want to see Kershaw win a title. Also I used to loathe Puig for years but now I think he's kind of fun. That said I think I'm rooting for the Astros I think. It's amazing how 5 years in another league quickly kills any hate for them. I mean I remember the NL Central Astros and I hate *them* but not this squad. (Note: if the Cardinals ever went to the NL I would hate them and their stupid faces forever just like the Wings)
  24. It reminds me of the White Sox run in 05. Not very many close games or big moments just dominant pitching and timely offense.
  25. This thread could use some attention. Happy posting!
