The Brewers had to win their last 8 games to win the division and hope the Cubs would go 5-4 or worse over that timeframe and that's exactly whats happening. Kudos to them they earned it. -
It's time to admit the Brewers are better. They finished with better offensive numbers than us, they finished with better defensive numbers than us. I'm not sure about the starting pitching, but our pens were neck and neck. They've played better than us the entire second half and outplayed us the majority of the last 9 games we played in August/Sept At full strength the Cubs are probably better but I'm certain. The offense is just too bad unless all the players that randomly took dips this year just as randomly get better next year. Also I'm just in a bad mood I'm sure there are stats that make me look like an idiot

If I was betting I'd say that's an easy no. But I wouldnt completely rule out Theo privately stewing all season about the same things were griping about and deciding that we need to go another direction.

Seriously, laStella has a .333 SLG% this year. 2 outs and nobody on. There is absolutely no logic in having him PH. God dammit Joe Maddon your awful managing of the pen has finally cost us in a big spot.
