  1. Murton will GIDP and everyone will be upset that he didn't bunt Lee over for Ramirez
  2. And somehow Dempster throws a perfect inning. This is giving me visions of that 16 inning game we won last year in MMP
  3. What's the difference? We're not going to score either way. Whether we hit into a DP or sacrifice and ground out we are losing an out
  4. Dempster in to face the top of the order? I predict we lose this inning but then again I'm not really going out on a limb
  5. Doesn't help when you give all your outs away
  6. We give up 33% of our outs over the last 3 innings and we score 0 runs...coincidence???
  7. Soriano is such a huge waste of $136 million.......
  8. What I would have done for 3 more outs over the last 3 innings....
  9. Who didn't see that coming? Fontenot swinging at ball 3 great job.
  10. Fontenot over Soto?? Lou knows we are carrying 3 catchers right?
  11. And I'm an idiot, how the hell did he do that??
  12. Wow I can already tell we wont win this game.
  13. Jones, Kendall, PH due up....yay
  14. 2 IP for Marmol and Howry? We can see Lou starting to freak out down the stretch and only go with relievers he fully trusts.
  15. If it wasn't for the Crawford Boxes, it would have been.
  16. Who hits the walkoff? I say Wigginton
  17. UNBELIEVABLE THIS TEAM BLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111
  18. I can't help it. He has had some pretty noteworthy implosions this year that just stick in my head everytime he is up. That said, he is certainly our second most reliable reliever on the team this year.
  19. IF the Cubs lose, it won't even be in the top 5 worst defeats of the season. You're right of course, but that doesn't make me any less pissed off about you saying it. Based on the situation and time of year, I feel it will. But then again, any loss from this point forward might feel that way. If you take the situation out of each game, I'll say that Dempster's implosion against the Mets is the worst defeat of the year for me.
