    Jay Cutler is on pace for 32 TDs this year. And while he's also on pace for 20 INT's, he's only had 1 INT since the first game.

    Now, that's not all bad, is it ?? Nope. But early season Hawks games don't have the same intensity. Definitely more than the last month of Cubs baseball but still.

    With the Cubs done and the Bears with their bye week, I have nothing but Hawks games to look forward to for 2 weeks.

    Like I said in last week's thread, Peter King named him his defensive POY one week. When was he cut? And for who? I know that Chris Harris played great last year too. I didn't blame the Bears for cutting him, but his talent really emerged last year. I didn't like that the Bears traded Chris Harris for a 4th rounder (I think it was a 4th rounder) in 2007. We gave up on him too early. McGowan I didn't mind...he was always getting hurt and never made a huge impact. I think we cut him just before the start of this season.

    I can't believe Bears Postgame Live isn't going to be on until after the Cubs game. Not even on CSN+ I can't believe I'd rather watch a bears postgame show then the last 3 innings of Cubs baseball for the year.

    This WAS the Vikings game last year...except the Lions couldn't hold up their end in the second half.

    I can only think of one significant play he has ever made. The catch that set up Gould's FG that defeated Seattle in the playoffs in 2007. Didn't he score the TD last year against ATL that would have won the game but for the Bears [expletive] it up? He also scored the GW TD against Minnesota in 2006 when Tommie forced a fumble in Vikings territory with a couple mins left.

    Wow the Browns were beating the Bengals 20-14 when the Bengals scored a TD with 1:55 left......but the XP was blocked. Bungles.

    Whoever mentioned that the Lions always look good in the first half and then fall apart in the second half was dead on.
