    Why can't omiyale just [expletive] retire Hester with another drop. It was not an easy catch but legit receivers catch those from time to time. Not receivers who have been annointed the number 1 receiver with one year of WR experience in his lifetime.

    Apparently, the Giants committed 11 false starts in a game in 2005, so we've got work to do if we want to break some records tonight.

    Defensive yards given up per game Atlanta: 386 yards New Orleans: 382 yards Green Bay: 392 yards Carolina: 543 yards Detroit: 294 yards (after 3rd) I remember back in the day getting upset if we allowed 300 yards on defense. Now that would be a spectacular game relatively speaking.

    Offense has put up this through 5 games: Atlanta: 23 points New Orleans: 13 points Green Bay: 17 points Carolina: 20 points Detroit: 10 points (so far) That's 16.6 points of offense per game and that's not including multiple point scoring drives that started deep in opponent's territory due to special teams or defense.

    Hester is having the stupidest game I've ever seen except for that one catch. He's: Dropped a very catchable 3rd down conversion pass Ran backwards 10 yards on a screen pass Ran out of bounds at the 8 yard line on a kickoff

    3rd and long conversions killing the Bears there. Lions look like a different team all the sudden, in the 2nd half once again.
