  1. I think this is correct, but if Cutler misses the rest of the season with this injury, he would be the only current starting QB in the NFL to have 2 season ending injuries (at least 6 games) in his career. Here is a nearly complete list of season ending QB injuries by current QBs. Alex Smith - Missed last 7 games of 2007 season Carson Palmer - Missed last 12 games of 2008 season Tom Brady - Missed last 15 games of 2008 season Matthew Stafford - Missed last 8 games of 2010 season Tony Romo - Missed last 10 games of 2010 season Matt Schaub - Missed last 6 games of 2011 season Jay Cutler - Missed last 6 games of 2011 season Chad Henne - Missed last 12 games of 2011 season Peyton Manning - Missed entire 2011 season Sam Bradford - Missed final 9 games of 2013 season Jay Cutler - Could potentially miss final 9 games of 2013 season Meanwhile, the GB starting QB has made his start in 324 out of the last 325 weeks (technically 326 but QB sat Rodgers the last week of a season for non-injury related reasons)
  2. Probably not what you are looking for but I heard a couple of calls on my ride to work today where people were suggesting that there wasn't going to be much of a drop off from Cutler to McCown.
  3. At this point I think everyone expects this to be a season ender. Anything less would be a shock.
  4. Also kudos to this board for not even one jokingly mentioning signing an available QB whose initials are TT
  5. I swear this is revenge for 2010's injury free season.
  6. Help is on the way!
  7. 2-9 in our last 11 against Washington. And we've seen them at their worst multiple times.
  8. Doesn't even bother me at this point. Defense is way too bad to worry about offensive players.
  9. Same. At least my teams finished 1-1 in that.
  10. Bears score 41 points and lose lol. Good stuff. 500 yards of offense for Washington. Sorry I'm probably being my overreactionary post loss self but with this defense I can't see better than 7-9 or 8-8.
  11. Should have let them score
  12. Can't believe we might score 41 points with McNown playing most of the game and lose.
  13. Surprise onside is our only hope. Can't go on D
  14. How is this even possible? mcNown for extension, Cutler to FA!
  15. That missed Gould FG is huge right now
  16. So he hits the 49 and 47 but misses from 34
  17. RIP Bears defense. 2005-2013
  18. Yeah I don't get that at all. It doesn't make any sense at all.
  19. I say just take the loss and rest him through the bye week. There is no need to risk him making it worse and missing considerable time.
  20. Have started a combined 18-6 the last 3 seasons and will probably have 0 playoff appearances to show for it.
  21. Redskins should just take a knee on every first and second down just to maximize the number of 3rd down plays they get
  22. Brain and lungs. Won't see him back for a long time. We will see him when we get to that great football field in the sky.
  23. I think its some kind of hip injury, but im just speculating based on what I saw
