    Harbaugh and Ryan won't work well together and I'm sure both know that. Besides, Ryan is going to get a HC job next year, if he wants one. If Harbaugh had his choice of jobs I'm just not sure why he would choose us. We're not really set up for long term success like other teams might be even if they have less overall talent on day 1

    I think were on a downward trajectory. Too many key guys over 30. Maybe we can start to rebuild around Long, Jeffery and Fuller. Because those are the only 3 young impact players we have (I could be forgetting one)

    Again he's not going to get fired unless the team finishes like 5-11 or he completely loses the team. He will get a chance to replace coordinators and will be in a "playoffs or else" mode next year Playoffs or else was why Lovie got fired. This will be Trestman's second time missing. The offense has few years left in its prime. Can't waste them. Lovie got fired partially because he wasn't Emerys guy. Emery made a somewhat controversial outside the box hire with Trestman. I don't think he's going to admit he made a terrible mistake after 2 seasons. More likely they will fire the coordinators and give him one more shot citing injuries, aging defense and tough schedule.

    140 yards of total offense so far When you get to the halfway point of the season and these are the results...it's time to start wondering if they just aren't great. Good? Maybe. But not great

    Let's not rush the offense at all. You are down 2 TDs with a quarter to play, and the other team is completely controlling the clock. Let's mosey on up to the line and let the clock expire I think Trestman is worse at managing a clock and pace of game than Lovie was.

    Gonna be down 2 TDs with a quarter to play. Only 1 possessions for each team in the third. If the game plays at this pace it's over. Wish we stole an extra possession at the end of the first half because possessions are at a premium in this game

    We can't get anything downfield. Almost all the passes are 3-8 yards long. The Dolphins are going the same thing except when they catch it they have 10 yards to run. The Bears are getting tackled as they catch it.

    Why would you want the offense to touch the ball again this half? It's an extra possession and you have 3 TOs. Even if you just run the ball a couple of times and try to break off a long one you at least have a chance at something with little risk. I could understand if the score was 14-7 or something but the way the Dolphins are controlling the clock you might only get 4 possessions in the second half giving you almost no margin for error if you want to win

    Every [expletive] pass is 2-6 yards down field and our secondary keeps dropping back 10 yards. Why?
