  1. So Holmes was back on the first punt. Spurlock on the second?
  2. What did he really do that great? Ran an offense that tore us up, completed passes on third down, ran a read option for a td. Really wasn't that impressive. On the big play Jennings [expletive] up. Executing a read option against this Bears D is not particularly impressive Yeah, he sucked ur right Where did I say he sucked? I actually sided more with you, I think he's decent. But I didn't see anything on that TD drive that was super impressive.
  3. What did he really do that great? Ran an offense that tore us up, completed passes on third down, ran a read option for a td. Really wasn't that impressive. On the big play Jennings fucked up. Executing a read option against this Bears D is not particularly impressive
  4. I expected that. 14 innings yesterday
  5. What did he really do that great?
  6. Why would you take that kick out?
  7. Too easy. Shoot out?
  8. Get some pressure high priced D line
  9. Confidence rising
  10. That is how you start a mother [expletive] season
  11. Delaney should just wipe away all coaches and players in the conference and start over again.
  12. Hoke doesn't exactly have a good track record in road games against decent teams so who knows
  13. So as a Derrick Rose, Cubs and Michigan fan I could have watched 9 hours of sports today and not seen my guys score a single point/run
  14. So Purdue loses to Central Michigan, Nebraska needs last second TD to beat McNeese State at home, OSU losing at home, Michigan getting killed, Sparty losing to Oregon (decent performance though) Wisconsin took awhile to get going at home against Western Illinois, Illinois and Iowa need late comebacks to win against Western Kentucky and Ball State respectively, Northwestern 0-2 after losing at home twice. At least Rutgers and Maryland are undefeated
  15. Michigan sucking, State winning by 2 scores in Autzen....I need a beer!
  16. So if the Cubs don't score in the 9th, 2 losses, 14 shutout innings today and Alcantara, Soler and Baez go 1-18 with a BB
  17. Hah. Thought it was funny to flip over to the VT-OSU game and seeing a CB named Fuller making a play. Turns out Kyle Fuller has a brother.
  18. Yeah. Who suggested they thought otherwise?
  19. Someone said it was 7 straight ABs (noting that he walked twice in that span) Anyways, nothing you can do but keep sending him out there and helping him figure it out Oh, well bad anyway... ugg yup hopefully he figures it out soon I think he still isn't at the number of ABs it took him to get it going at a couple of his minor league stops. All is not lost, the talent is obviously there.

  21. Meh. Get the ups and downs out of the way this year. Consistent greatness next year. Would like to see Baez show a pulse at some point this month though instead of looking completely lost.
  22. 3 B1G teams losing early including Nebraska
  23. You're only allowed 1 FCS win in your count. It's a de facto 5 win rule It should be zero. I also think that you shouldn't be bowl eligible if losing the bowl game results in the team having a losing record (ie no 6-6 teams allowed) Who cares? There's too many bowl games and they must be making money because they keep making more over them. Overall, it doesn't hurt anyone for a crappy 6-6 team to play another 6-6 game in a bowl game.
  24. Stop reminding me that winning at this point is almost vainly bad. I'd rather pretend otherwise. Winning is awesome. Screw the draft. I have no long term vision. I want to win every game whether its Game 7 of the World Series, or a chance to improve to 59-103. I'll deal with the consequences later.
