  1. This is not the first time a Denver athlete has had a near-death experience at the local, notorious strip club.
  2. Yeah, Packers D is legit. Around the bottom of the top 10. Special teams, as always, is absolute garbage. So bad, in fact, that they brought in a guy I've never heard of to fair catch a punt, and he got a huge applause.
  3. Pretty wild stat: The top 4 teams in point differential are all in the NFC North.
  4. If you don't consider his rushing abilities, sure.
  5. There are reasons to think that all three that you mentioned could continue playing at least well (probably not az amaze-balls as they have been) but that has little to do with Caleb. Yeah, ignore all those morons.
  6. ...? There is a difference between current preformance and ability and future preformance and value. But out of curiosity, who is saying that any of those three are "better," or more sillily, "would rather have" them?
  7. 2/3 is the most likely outcome followed closely by 1/3.
  8. Yes, succeeding at running the ball helps everything, but it's chicken and egg stuff. They lead the league in rushing because they were trying to hide Willis in week 2...which means they shouldn't have been very efficient. The game against the Colts was one thing, but the Packers were running something close to a normal offense Sunday. The running backs rushed for less than 100 yards on 29 rushes in a game where they lead for nearly it's entirety. Willis converted over and over again on third and long.
  9. I don't know what to make of Malik Willis. It seems impossible that the talent evaluators in Tennesse could choose Levis (and Mason Rudolph!) over him. What the hell happened? Willis looks like a more accurate version of Fields through two games on a team that he's only been on for 4 weeks. Small sample size to be sure, but even if Willis doesn't get another start for the rest of the season...what kind of a draft pick do you think he would command now? A third? I think that's even underselling. He still has next year on his rookie contract. LaFleur presented it deadpan, but the Mora-press-conference-reference game was strong, even if the words weren't quite right: “I just cannot articulate the job that he’s done in a short period of time. People can’t fathom that. I promise you, you guys don’t get it. I know you think you got it, but you don’t get it. What he’s been able to do, I’ve never seen something like this,” LaFleur said.
  10. No, I noticed. I didn't compare the two that way because that's dumb, as previously stated.
  11. Imagine knowing rate stats exist. Just imagine. Like, just to point out how cherry-picked stupid insane this is, in his first two starts for the 2023 season, Kenny Pickett had 76 (!!! For the STEELERS!!!) passing attempts. Fields has had 43. Arthur Smith is now the OC, and game script matters. Apart from the two games Pickett was not able to complete in 2023, Pickett never had less passing attempts than Field's maximum thus far, which is 23. Not once in those 12 entire games. To pile on, Pickett had a better QB rating that Fields' worst this far, 91.9, only three times in those 12 games. And his max rushing output in any game was 17 yards. So yeah, Fields probably isn't going to be as efficient in games where he's losing than when he's winning, especially on a team like this, but that applies to every QB in the league. Citing bulk stats is just moronic, and I don't think you're a moron. You're just cartoonishly married to your priors. Stop it. You saw that same play I did that got called back for holding. Imagine if Love dropped a bomb like that moving horizontal as he threw. "He's worth every penny!" He has played well, and better than even the rate stats are showing. The starting job is now clearly Fields' regardless of Wilson's calf status.
  12. Both statements made me lol. Thanks.
  13. Tebow was putting up 126 QBRs?! (Fields is 108 thus far) You're simply not being objective.
  14. Jacobs cartoonishly fumbled on the goaline, or its 23 points. Focusing on points is just avoiding the argument made.
  15. Fields looking like an All-star against the Broncos...but the right tackle getting dinged for holding has brought back a lot of deep completions on bonkers highlight throws.
  16. On the replay that hit didnt even seem bad. He really needs to retire, like, yesterday.
  17. Yeah? Seems to me that Tua is just sucking really hard.
  18. Wow. Prime Vision (which is simply a wide angle of the action) is so much better than normal broadcasts.
  19. Good lord. I didn't need more reason to dislike the guy. Late-Fisher vibes, for sure.
  20. Heh. I mean, I saw a lot of it on vid but I'm sure the stills are choice.
  21. I missed this. What was it? Also, watching Hans lose to Naka was even more satisfying than watching him lose to Carlsen. He's just so perfectly unlikable. Better than an action movie villain.
