  1. That was one of the funniest moments I've seen in baseball. Prior probably would've been killed by Barry if he charged the mound, but he stood his ground anyway. Is there any way to get this video? I didn't get to watch it, and I've been dying to see it.
  2. Just tuning in....there is still baseball being played?
  3. I don't think they said he was 6'5 230...but he is 5'5 and 150 or somewhere close to that. The Cali team is a good prediction, but the kid that JoshIQ is alluding to hasn't pitched a full game yet. He has started both games at pitcher for the Hawaii team and pitched the first inning in each striking out 6 for 6. This kid has major gas, and he also hit a homerun yesterday. In fact, this team had back to back HR's yesterday and the kid I've mentioned wasn't even part of the production in that inning. At least three kids hit HR's for the Hawaii team yesterday. Cali vs. Hawaii may be a great matchup. I'm sticking with my prediction though. Hawaii all the way.....no offense to the Lafayette team, Vance. You sure about that? Because they showed a picture of him and then all of a sudden a kid from the Japan team jumps out from behind him. They have a little sign that says the kid from Japan is 4'10. You seriously can't see the kid behind the tall kid from Hawaii. Maybe the guy I'm talking about isn't from Hawaii?
  4. Watching the game on ESPN right now....did they just say there is a guy on Hawaii's team that is 6'5 and 230 pounds and is only 12?
  5. Because there are so many stupid Dusty Principles that we can no longer keep track? Like, just go with it, dude. :) I believe it refers to the Yankees using Enrique Wilson against Pedro Martinez all the time since for some reason Enrique had good numbers against him.
  6. Ah crap. 4PM ... this is going to totally screw with my day.
  7. If you're really puking blood, I hope you see a doctor. :? Yeah, that's not right. Get some medical help or something. Seriously. Already did. Ulcer. I stress a lot.
  8. If you're really puking blood, I hope you see a doctor. :? Ulcer. Stress sucks.
  9. Be puking blood again tonight. Still... CUBS WIN! CUBS WIN!!!!
  10. I feel so much more comfortable with a pitcher like Wood in here than Dempster. Wood is too good to be in the 7th or 8th inning.
  11. Dempster should have caught it, but horrible throw from Neifi.
  12. Okay...still okay...we got 2 outs....still okay... I threw up blood from my ulcer last night. I don't need a game like this!
  13. I love Dempster...I really do. He's gone a great job. I still would feel much more comfortable with Wood right now.
  14. just a thought, but it might be a good idea to wait until this one is 'in the books' before looking elsewhere? Trust me, I'm the biggest pessimist there is on this board. I just don't see anything wrong with asking who we want to win a game that I plan on watching right as this game ends. Win or lose.
  15. So if we win this game I guess we are hoping for the Phillies to beat the Nationals?
  16. I wish that Barrett would at some point get his hands on Oswalt. I really don't like him.
  17. That's what I was thinking. He could have ran over and stepped on second himself and still turned the DP.
  18. At least Neifi is there to protect Ramirez in the line-up.
  19. ESPN announcers say they got word from the dugout that Nomar had re-injured himself. He wasn't overly limping, but you could see him talking to Dusty and then he grabbed all of his bats and walked to the clubhouse. Re-injured? That sounds like the same injury happened again  I know. Didn't make much sense when they said it, but I'm pretty sure that's the word they used. He might have just tweaked himself.
