Kevin Warren just sent out something on the Bears’ social media accounts saying that the move to Arlington Heights is all but assured. They didn’t want public money… or what he really means is that city of Chicago and the state wouldn’t give them any more so they’ve decided to go to Arlington Heights. -

Kyler Gordon is now questionable. Potentially not having 3 of your top 4 defensive players available is not a great start to the Ben Johnson era.

That’s not what I meant. Caleb thinks he’s better than he is therefore he didn’t put the work in last year.

Both can be true: bad coaching and a QB who thinks he is a lot better than he is. Caleb needs to take down that narrative this year. He showed leadership, toughness, and closing ability last year. Now be a big part of the reason the Bears win games in 2025.

It would suck if the Bears had to move on after getting two consecutive # 1 overall picks and trading one and drafting the wrong QB in another. And then extending the GM who made those decisions. But it would be very Bears.

Poles got the #1 pick and made a great trade, but it’s pretty incredible that he got extended. A lot of this dysfunction is his responsibility.

Caissie scratched tonight. Guessing that Tucker is headed to the IL. Now give Caissie all the starts in RF until Tucker is back.

The Cubs will obviously make the playoffs and most likely be the top Wild Card seed. They have enough starting pitching, great defense, speed, and a decent pen. But if the top of the order is going to continue to struggle like this, they won’t win in the playoffs. I’m concerned.

I just can’t understand why Shaw isn’t starting. Keep sitting down one of the best hitters since the AS break for Castro who hits lefties better than righties,
