  1. Damn. Collins doesn't pull a Bryan Price and actually does the smart thing here (though he probably should've been in earlier).
  2. If Szczur was Campana-fast I'd get it, but I don't think he's going to run. Good move.
  3. Starlin could use the dong more than Rizzo, so I'll take a Rizzo single and Starlin walkoff.
  4. No, Karl, he still would've been safe had Castro known Montero (accidentally) tagged the batter.
  5. That was the day before. Rondon, Strop, and Grimm should all be available. Oh, and lol at Bryant almost beating that out.
  6. I wish we could've just thrown Travis Wood on a night like this.
  7. I see nothing wrong with trying to bunt there.
  8. Harvey's lived on breaking balls higher than that called strikes.
  9. He's in the Starlin Castro category of "surprisingly extremely slow"
  10. We're gonna need a dong. That may be tough in these conditions, but we're not going to bunch hits together either.
  11. Bryant's going to lead the league in homers and infield hits.
  12. Using the eye test, Dexter's looked really good defensively this year, I think.
  13. Looks like ESPN had Bryant with 21 hits coming into this game while fangraphs had 22. He may have had a hit taken away in a previous game by an official scorer that fangraphs didn't catch.
  14. espn.com has him at .276/.417/.460 Weird, that's not what fangraphs says
  15. ummm, wow, never seen one land there before
  16. Bryant back up to a .386 wOBA after some brief struggles.
  17. How long has he been here? I still say he should be batting 2nd. Bryant is perfect for that spot. High OBP, doesn't hit into DP's with all of his flyballs
