That first pitch to Hernandez was similar to the Ross and Pederson pitches, but called a ball. Maybe Wada tries to go outside the zone on the second pitch if the first pitch was a strike. Shucks.
I like the positivity, TT, but Kershaw will likely get more grounders and K's than Wada. I think a thunderstorm from about 8:00-9:00 would be more beneficial.
The Cubs have a better record than the Nats right now, and many of the Nats' best players will be free agents within the next few years. Their top prospects are a pitcher whose already been hurt and Trea Turner.
Hopefully Schwarber's just having a bad day with the pitch recognition and high fastballs don't lead to him having a higher K rate than expected like what sliders have done to Soler.
