    I'll bet money that his response focuses solely on Bradley, something along the lines of "what a surprise that a true professional like Jim Leyland wants nothing to do with a nutcase like Bradley. 23 RBI!! Nice work Jim."

    And he put his money on his own team. It wasn't like he was throwing games or anything. He didn't bet on every game.

    The last five years of his career were pretty much a joke offensively, and he collected 559 of his hits during that time. He was also playing primarily first base and corner outfield during that time, positions where you'd actually expect to get some offense. While he filled out the lineup card for 2 of those years.

    i think we all want florida to suck, but unfortunately they're probably going to be really good again, unless Football Jesus gets hurt. I guess I'll be in the minority here (and a lot of other places) but I just can't hate Florida or Tebow. I wanted Florida to get bombed in the championship game, but as far as hating Tebow...nah, I can't do it. It wouldn't surprise me if Tebow spends 90 percent of his NFL income on feeding poor people. Tebow will spend $20,000 feeding poor people?

    You have a problem with Reds fans? 4000+ hits is nothing to shake a stick at and those fans are just being hometown fans. If Rose had been a Cub most of his career, we'd being do the same cheerleading that Reds fans are. It's not just the Reds fans, it's a [expletive] load of moronic Phillie fans too. The worship of the guy in some circles goes far beyond creepy. We get it, he was a white guy who played hard. He's also a disgraceful human being.

    I could care less about his ego. The problem is that he's ten times the baseball announcer than anyone in the Cubs booth, both the TV and radio side. I don't want to be friends with him, I just want a quality baseball broadcast. May Bob Brenly make your death long and painful.

    You know what I meant, the farm has Theriot, Soto, Wells, Marshall, Marmol, and Guzman being major contributors to the team. Then you've got Fox, Hoff, and Fontenot providing value as well.
