I'm finding it hilarious. This is a fun game. I guess I'm just a buzzkill. It pisses me off to see them doing this well after looking so pathetic against the Phillies. It's like they are trying to say that there is this huge of a gap between the 2 teams and there's not. Also, I fully expect to see 3 runs scored the rest of the series. Because you're an insane person. Growl, this 17-2 beating sure is annoying. -

I have no problem with him as a 4th or 5th OF. However, he shouldn't be playing every day and people shouldn't be saying stupid things like how he should start over Bradley or Fukudome. but he dosnt play every day. Bradleys hurt, and Fukudome was given a game off. Idiots want him to start every day though. KOSUKE!

Especially a "31 year old" from the Dominican Republic where lying about a players age is about as common as steroid use is there. Soriano already aged a couple years when going from the Yankees to the Rangers.

I've given up a long time ago on poring over game logs, and putting actual time into proving these people wrong. They have no interest in knowing the actual truth, they spit out the idiocy that they've already convinced themselves of and aren't going to change their mind no matter what happens.

So back it up. PS-Aramis has been terrible in the playoffs, too. If you're going to condemn one player's entire season because of their playoff performance, why not another? Aramis isn't white either, I don't understand what the issue is.

Pretty sure people can still throw things on the field from the 3rd row. And beer price would have to get a lot higher than $9/$9.50 to prevent people from getting drunk. -

Because the other options range from sailors who might have undisclosed alcohol problems to drunken sailors who can't keep themselves away from the crack pipe. That's really not true. You don't have to hire the same crap that has been floating around the big leagues, you can go outside that pool. Hence the ones who might have undisclosed alcohol problems. Like Dayton Moore. Or Josh Byrnes Or Jon Daniels.

Couldn't we have explored a trade option? Using the money we didn't give to Dempster? I'm not saying we should've signed Dempster. The contract sucks. I'm saying signing Lowe would have been even dumber.

Dempster has been better than Lowe this year. And it's not even close. But I still would've signed Lowe. He might be the perfect Wrigley pitcher. Dempster's better than Lowe, Lowe's older, and signed for more money. Of course you take Derek Lowe. Couldn't we have chose save money let Sean Marshall start? He started the season in the rotation.
