    Delaney works for all the universities, not just the crappy one(s) It's in the best interest of the Big Ten universities to not allow Pearl into the conference.

    I'll be excited when I find out it's official and when I find out who the next coach is. Last time we lost a coach we got Todd Lickliter. If a Bruce Pearl miracle happens then Iowa vs Illinois games will get rather interesting. Delaney wouldn't allow Iowa to hire Pearl Tough [expletive] for Delaney. Yeah he's only the most powerful man in college sports. I'm sure the University of Fuckin Iowa will set him in his place.

    Yeah, they do have that terrible home loss, and played very few games away from home on the year (finished 5-8 overall including last night's game). They also finished 9-10 against the top 100. However, that road win at Syracuse is undoubtedly the best win of any of the teams in consideration, and considering how weak the bubble is I think they're safe. I initially had them a lot lower on my list, but there are a lot of BAD teams around the bubble right now, so they are the lesser of many evils. Yep, (in retrospect I had them too low) just wanted to preemptively argue against anyone seeing those wins over Cuse and putting them as a 5 seed or something. Not that I have a clue who deserves a 5 seed out of this lot.

    I'd like to pre-emptively argue that Louisville isn't very good. Their entire resume is beating Syracuse twice. Granted, those are monster wins, but beyond that they have 1 win over a tourney team against ND.(Cincy is the only other team they've beaten with a chance) Coupled with that are losses at home to bad Charlotte(BY 22!), and worse Western Carolina.

    I'm thinking the bubble rankings are going to be all over the place after checking out bukie's. I know people say it every year, but the bubble sucks this season. This is the 6th year we've done this, and I can't remember ranking so many seemingly unfit teams into the tournament.

    I think he will end up being a better player than Richmond. yeah, i think i'm on record as saying that, too. You said Head would better than Richmond too oh, are their illini careers over yet, jerk? If Jereme Richmond is the worst of those 3 recruits, we will win a national title.

Aside from that, do you honestly believe that if Hendry wouldn't have responded, this wouldn't have been a story? Bradley did TWO national interviews over the course of five days trashing his former team. Of course the media's going to run with it. You think Bradley chased down reporters and said "I GOT SOME STUFF TO SAY TO YOU PEOPLE!!!" Bradley isn't exactly media savvy. You realize that these were organized, planned interviews, right? They weren't post-game corrals-this was set up, probably by his agent in consult with Bradley. So yes, in a certain way, he absolutely chased down reporters. Anyone who does a sit down interviews is, in effect, chasing down reporters because they (or their agent) feel that they have something to say. Either his agent is [expletive] clueless, or maybe he set up the interview to try and improve Bradley's image. Of course, the reporter pushed the interview towards something that would get attention from the masses, and Bradley is too much of a hothead to resist. What the [expletive] are you talking about?

    This isn't a bad idea, either. Like how soccer works in Europe. Really, something has to be done for some of these clubs to have enough incentive for them to win. That teams rich in history like Pittsburgh and Cincinnati can meander around lost for what seems like decades is fairly telling. It's a terrible idea. The Pirates and Royals would be out of business in 5 years.
