    The David Patton rule 5 pick (and subsequent keeping on a major league roster) is representative of the arrogance/ignorance of our front office. It didn't matter what his #s showed, they had some 80 year old that saw him strike out the side one time, and they were gonna show all those naysayers that they can find true talent.

What is more probable, Urlacher catching that and running 104 yards for a TD, or Urlacher intercepting it and trying to run it back and fumbling the ball on a tackle that is scooped up by the Vikings for a score? Urlacher returning it. Pretty damn unlikely since he batted it down at his waist.
