I'd agree with this. The wording of "inheriting" a good farm system, when he was primarily responsible for it was my quibble.

I'd just say this last bit is unfair given that he played a large role in building said farm system, and that hamstringing the team for years with bad contracts is an oversell with only Soriano, Z, and Marmol as bad contracts, with only one Soriano being a long-term commitment.

My problem is with people who think spending money is running the team just like Jim Hendry.

I thought he was on the less dumb side of things when it came to local media, he's just more on the troll side.

I don't think it takes 99th percentile decisions over a 3 year period to turn "not great" into 88 wins.

How long did you search for video of it before you accepted it didn't happen?

Besides 60-daying Olt and DFAing Villanueva, Beeler is a candidate for the 60-day. Who goes down is another question. Do they send down a pitcher (Schlitter hopefully) or do they send down Alcantara - the only issue with sending down AA is that he is currently their 5th outfielder, but I bet Herrera could fill in in a pinch. Muskat already said Alcantara is going down. Brett Jackson isn't even in our organization anymore.
