Good luck winning at Illinois.......that is unless we go into the "I'm pretty sure we're going to win but let's see how close we can make it" offense at the end of the game with a lead. UI almost gave the game against Wisky back because of it. Wow after beating us in overtime you seem a little confident? Purdue has won there last 3 away games....Any who I'll be there to cheer on my Boilermakers and see another big win on the road...Hopefully haha Illinois has won their last 8 home games, and their last 2 against Purdue.

What the hell are you people talking about? Soriano was 19 for 22 last year in steals. Throughout his career he's been a more efficient base stealer than Meph's random ass(not very helpful) cut off point of 6 weeks into Theriot's season. -

Agreed on both. I think Few's heading to Arizona after this season, and if he doesn't, I'd be surprised if he ever leaves. You've got the wrong Pac-10 school for Few. Think Nike. Good call, forgot about the naplam bomb that went off on that program this year. Few's gonna get paid this year if he's smart.

I really don't believe that Tubby Smith said in the middle of a successful season that he was interested in Alabama. Notre Dame's RPI is brutal right now. They are in trouble right now. They can't afford another St. John's-esque loss. Rutgers, USF, and St. John's at home should be auto wins. UConn and Pitt on the road should be auto losses. That puts them at 15-9. They should win at Cincy and Providence, neither are really any good. That's 17-9. Then you've got at UCLA, Louisville at home, Nova at home, and at West Virginia. For ease, I'd put em at 50-50 for those. Split those, they're at 19-11 and need 2 Big East tourney wins. Go 1-3, and I'm not sure they can make it as an at-large. That St. John's loss is going to kill them, and that OSU loss may not look too good when it's all said and done unless Lighty can come back earlier than expected.

:read: :club: (SSR you're better than a weak arse juvenile taunt) This is the best day to be an Alabama fan since Bama hire Nick Saban. With that said, I'm not going to be a DBag about the football team, plain and simple. But watch, Alabama is going to signed some Mike Davis goof and make this program even more non existent. Davis is probably gonna be forced out by UAB, Alabama won't pick him up a crappier school's scraps. They're not Auburn. At this point I know there are some Bama fans that want to see Bama to go after Tubby Smith and Mark Few, but I am NOT one of them. I think Mal Moore (Alabama AD) will go cheap, and it wouldn't surprise me if he targets a guy like Anthony Grant. Not that I think Bama will land him, just that's an early candidate. I don't think Anthony Grant comes cheap. He'd be a nice hire though.

They're at least as likely to make the tournament as the other team I talk about, so why not? Oh my God, no they don't. Ball St. has like a 1% chance of making the tourney. The MAC West is terrible. Well, the MAC is definitely a one-bid league this year, so maybe he just thinks there's just as much chance Ball State wins the MAC tourney as the 8th best team as ND has winning the Big East tourney as the 9th best team. But Notre Dame still has a decent chance at an at-large.

St. Mary's has managed to go 19 games into the season without playing a tourney team. They're a bit of a sham. ETA: 19th in AP.

It's not about adjustments, it's about raw ability. Soriano is no longer anywhere near fast enough to cover that sort of ground. What? Speed has nothing to do with it, is it your belief that Reed Johnson is faster than Soriano? Let me rephrase: Soriano is no longer anywhere near fast enough to cover CF the way he used to, making up for his problems with reaction time and route-taking. (and Reed Johnson is a really bad defensive CFer) He's okayish, as was Soriano in his brief stint. -
