I don't want him running with the way his legs are breaking down. Honestly I'd tell him to sit his ass on first until he shows he can actually stay healthy Maybe my memory is distorting things (i.e., just focusing on the negative), but Soriano seems to get picked off a lot, too. I can remember at least a few times when he got caught dozing off at first base. Pretty sure that counts towards his CS. It only counts as a CS if the runner is attempting to advance to the next base, IIRC. Doesn't really help, but 2 of his 3 CS last year were pickoffs, 1-3-6. -

I agree with this, but it's far from a fact. Why? Unless Gooz breaks out, I don't see it. No, it definitely is not.

Ok, what were the good moves after good moves last year? How many moves does the Harden trade account for in the "good move after good move" quote? Name the rest of these good moves that were popular at the time he made them? Dempster starting? Yeah, that was met with excitement. Edmonds? My, oh my, how we clamored for him before he was signed. So in order for a move to end up being good, it has to be popular at the time it's made? No it's the standard defense for stupid moves. Bring up old unpopular moves(to varying degrees) that worked out, and call everyone morons for doubting Jim Hendry.
