  1. lol at the Paul call Lol at you making jump shots. Oh look another terrible fade away three goes in for Paul
  2. lol at the Paul call
  3. I'm pretty sure we didn't beat a ranked team last year with Hummel, it would definitely be a big win to start the B1G season off for the young guys. That being said, we lost to E. Michigan, and barely beat Ball State and William & Mary. My only guess on why the line is at -2.5 for Illinois is that Purdue has won 7 in a row against IL. Pomeroy has it as a 50/50, I think it's going to be a 5-10 point loss. Upside is a close win, and downside is a 10+ point loss.
  4. So just foul on every possession? Like every other year? I'm really going to enjoy your meltdown if Byrd goes crazy and hits a bunch of threes.
  5. Purdue is going to have to rebound a ton tonight and hope for a low scoring game. No way we beat Illinois in a shootout. Also, with students still on break and Illini fans fired up about their team, I expect to see more orange than normal in the stands.
  6. lol, never mind
  7. Am I the only one seeing the clock operator let extra time run off repeatedly in the SC game?
  8. Clowney again. Wow
  9. Well so much for respectable.
  10. I really hope Purdue keeps it respectable today.
  11. Well, we should get some fireworks on Sunday one way or another. Raiola is an idiot too.
  12. USC is a 9 point favorite and the public is heavily on Georgia Tech. Kind of weird because I'm sure Vegas is paying attention too.
  13. I bought my dad a nice Notre Dame jacket for Christmas. It made me feel disgusting. I felt better after my future in-laws (hardcore Packer fans) bought me a nice Bears sweatshirt.
  14. I've seen her at a party. She REALLY needs to lay off the makeup. Oh dear god, I just googled that image. Is she really a tranny or just an unfortunate offspring? She's a Picasso. I would imagine she's got a fantastic body.
  15. [expletive]. All I know is we better not get an OK fan in here talking smack about girls or I'm going to post the picture of that tranny cheerleader.
  16. IU fans and UI fans secretly love Purdue. What can I say? Someone has to love the ugly Purdue co-eds. That's two shots at Purdue girls, out of your 34 total posts. There's got to be some back-story... ex-wife? Failed hookup? An ill timed laugh? Oh, and call me when Playboy starts their 'Girls of the Missouri Valley Conference' issue. To be fair Purdue girls are truly ugly. I've seen my fair share of IU beasts as well.

  18. I think you could make the case for Marshall being the best, but that really sucks for Briggs. I bet he ends up getting a nod if anyone gets hurt. It's ridiculous that the OLB spots all go to 3-4 pass rushers. Yep, Briggs got passed over because he doesn't have the flashy sack total. Also, lol at Jeff Saturday making the roster. He was benched by the Packers in favor of Evan Dietrich-Smith.

  20. Then they go for it on 4th and 2 when all they needed was a chip shot field goal to get to overtime with less than a minute left.

  22. So he's an ok college player, the guy he's running his mouth on was a lottery pick. He was a better college player than Byrd too, IMO. Thus I think for byrd to be running his mouth about him is pathetic. Oh come on, you can't talk trash to more talented guys now? Those are the guys that draw the most talking. Especially if it affects their game which it clearly did with Leonard.
  23. He actually had a really nice season let year and was 6th Man of the Year in the B1G. 41st in the nation in Pomeroy's offensive rating and shot 43% from three. That's not trash. He's a nice role player on a good team. Purdue's just not good this year so he's trying to be something he's not. Edit. Plus being chippy and annoying is part of his game. He pisses people off and they retaliate. He's not as good at it as Kramer was though, lol.
  24. Haha, great comparison. 6' 5" three-point specialist versus an athletic true 7 footer. Byrd wasn't wrong when he called him soft... he is soft. ESPN ran a stat a few issues back. I don't recall it exactly but somewhere around 17% of all 20-40 year old males in the US that are 7' tall are in the NBA. When you figure in Leonard's athleticism he would have to just about try not to make the league... Leonard's true test is whether he puts his All-Star genetics to their full use and gets a max contract in a few years... What I heard there is Meyers Leonard has taken dumps with more talent than DJ Byrd. Possibly soft ones. Byrd is a clown that has no business running his mouth about an NBA lottery pick. One who is playing quite well at a level that DJ Byrd, or no one from that Purdue team will ever sniff. Haha, you crack me up. Byrd really hit a nerve with Meyers, and you. I mean, why trash talk a guy that's soft? Maybe it will affect his game? Maybe it did? Maybe nobody from that Purdue team had Meyers talent, but they beat him every time they played him I'm pretty sure.
