Why not? This is a team that should have lost to Pitt and nearly lost to Purdue and BYU. ND never trailed Purdue and was without their QB against BYU. I'm not sure what the obsession is with those games. Purdue was anhilated by Wisconsin, Michigan, Oklahoma St and Minnesota. ND won by 3 in South Bend with some luck of the Irish. Same reason I'm not impressed with O$U.

It just seems like forever compared to AP's freakish recovery. No, it seems wrong because it's usually a 10-12 month recovery. If they did the surgery this week, for example, I would say November would be about right. Ah, yes, sorry, I was thinking a year in my mind. Don't they usually have to wait a while to let swelling, etc go down?

Well, there is the fact that they were a few yards from going up 14-0 10 minutes into the game when he got hurt the first time Yeah, that was clearly the turning point in the game. Once he got visibly hurt the whole feel of the game changed.

Good to see your guys shooting like normal again. They really are bad at that. Hammons with 18 points 7 boards and 3 blocks though. As much as you guys hate Egwu he handled Hammons much better than Nix/Payne.
