the big ten doesn't stand a chance in the tournament. purdue looks terrible on a fairly regular basis... illinois held to 33 at home... purdue dominates michigan state by 19... really... i don't think anyone in the big ten would be in the top 3-4 in the acc or big east...

Pretty terrible defensive game for Purdue tonight. Looks like they're going to lose their shot at the Big Ten title tonight with a letdown game against a team they should beat.

Best half of any game that's for sure. Defense just took over in the second half. The Davidson game as a whole I put just behind this one and maybe right with it. 21-0 run to start that game just sticks out to me. Yeah, the 21-0 run was great, but if you figure in the quality of the opponent I'll take this game. I'd rest Hummel against IU this weekend and get ready for Michigan/OSU next Thursday/Saturday.

That was better than anything they did in the non-conference schedule. That was their best game all-year.

I think it's for everyone, the sound has been awful during the whole game too.

I wonder if he thinks about testing the draft waters? 6'11" with game. He's not ready, but when has that ever stopped anyone before? I don't think he goes after this year, but his improvement over last year is big. Adding some weight and further improvement next year I think he's a first rounder.

I think Johnson has pretty clearly established himself as the best player on Purdue's team. I think he's turning into a better player than Hummel and if he adds 20 pounds this off-season he's going to be dominant next year.

Purdue really sucks at shooting in general. They can run the offense and get open looks, but they just plain can't shoot.
