  1. So you are predicting the Pacers plane to crash on the way to Miami. Not cool dude. :P We can all go taunt him, if Indiana wins, on BREWERFAN.NET!!
  2. Milwaukee fan trolling Bulls fans on a Chicago Cubs message board. Laughable.
  3. Milwaukee fans are turds.
  4. Against Boston? ok. Like I said. bwahahaha, we lose our two best players and now you're smug. go [expletive] yourself
  5. Crandall Head to SMU apparently.
  6. he's blue. Did you see something official? There is a Levert thread on the Purdue board I visit and people seem confused about the whole thing. Apparently Levert's camp was floating that he had offers from multiple schools and in fact many of them hadn't offered. It seems strange. Some people were speculating that maybe Michigan wasn't going to take him after all?
  7. Since today is an off day everyone should be stuffing the All-Star ballot box for LaHair and Castro.
  8. Of course I'm out of town this weekend. Thankfully they'll be back in town early next month.
  9. That continues to suck for ISU, they could have been the favs in the MVC next year before Jankovich left. I liked what I had seen out of Moore. Yeah, it seemed like they had some momentum, maybe it's just a rumor and he'll decide to stick around. Purdue already has a true PG and a couple combo guards to share the PG duties in 2013 so I'm not sure he would be a great fit for us. We really need another PG for 2012. I'd still love to have him. I like his game and scoring ability.
  10. Nic Moore is apparently transferring from Illinois State due to the coach going to SMU. I wouldn't mind him at Purdue.
  11. More importantly, why did Crean tell Roth that he reminded him of Dwyane Wade?
  12. Caris Levert is supposed to decide today. Apparently Iowa and Purdue are out of the running and it's down to Michigan and Dayton. Apparently Iowa and Purdue never did offer him a scholarship.
  13. Not sure on the 15. My guess is that IU has cleared with the B1G that Roth won't be returning and Roth hasn't signed the scholarship paperwork for his 5th year. I thought Roth was on board with being Creaned? Is this Roth leaking to the press that he's not happy with the situation, or is this just a reporter that doesn't know what's going on? I'm guessing it's a reporter that doesn't know what's going on. It would be fun if Roth made a big stink though. I also find it amusing that IU is hiring AAU coaches to get recruits now too. NOW? I guess I hadn't paid too close attention to it before, I just saw they hired Anya's AAU coach. Who was an assistant on a 1-31 (or something like that) Towson team and then LEAPED to IU due to his awesome coaching ability.

  15. yeah it was clearly on purpose, two birds with one stone since he hit the homer earlier in the game, and retaliation for Reed
  16. He yelled something back that way, not sure who it was directed at.
  17. For those of you wondering, yes. LaHair has passed Kemp for the highest OPS in baseball amongst qualified players.
  18. =D> 4 homers in 7 games since joining my fantasy team!
  19. There was also another cool little stat today: Today was the first game since 1925 in which both teams used a position player on the mound. The Red Sox and Orioles went 17 innings today with 1B Chris Davis pitching 2 innings and getting the win. Davis had a very pitcher-esque day at the plate going 0-8 with 5 k's. In case you're wondering or you even care, that game in 1925 had Ty Cobb and George Sisler closing out the last game of a doubleheader on the last day of the season for their respective teams. My great grandfather, Bill Jacobson, batted cleanup for the Browns in that game. Hah! That's totally random and really cool. I pulled up his Baseball Reference page, looks like he was a really good player (I'm assuming this is him?). http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/j/jacobba01.shtml
