    I've got it on at my desk and didn't even realize he hit one until about 30 seconds after it happened. Glad I wasn't the only one. I have gameday up and running and pulled it up to see what happened because I didn't see a runner on base and he wasn't batting anymore, haha.

    Apparently flipped when cops were called to the house he was at, ran off and then hit the cop who caught him. Real genius work from him. I don't follow ND super close, but I'm pretty sure he's supposed to be the starter this year isn't he?

    Now it looks like Purdue might be picking up Julius Mays a fifth year transfer from Wright St. (played only one year at Wright St. and played two years at NC State before that). He would add much needed guard depth and replace John Hart who transferred out. If this happens, and if we pick up Levert we could be looking at 7 new players on the roster next year. Yikes.

    that was fast. It shouldn't be hard to sign your draft picks these days, but is there anybody signed who was picked ahead of him? Hope he wasn't desperate for his signing bonus to pay off his tab at Hardee's. I believe he's the first draftee to sign. Positive me is hoping this means he's ready to get down to work and not [expletive] around.

    First half of (14 games): @Reds(3), Dodgers(3), Braves(3), @Brewers(3), @cardinals(2) Second half of (14 games): Phils(2), White Sox(3), @Astros(3), @Pirates(3), Padres(3) First 14 look pretty brutal. Latter half should be more manageable. Cubs would have to go 18-10 in May to break 0.500. My (optimistic) prediction: 15-13, putting us at 0.451. 15-13 would be [expletive] fantastic.
