Not that anyone here should care, but Sam Bradford had no time to do anything yesterday against a dominant Bears defensive line and a secondary that played outstanding, yet he's eating a [expletive] sandwich for his performance. Tomorrow the punditry will be hollering their asses off about how Rodgers did the best he could but the team around him failed.

    He's already getting an undeserved push for the award. I'm not sure it's that undeserved. He has the second highest WAR in the AL, and the highest wOBA. His WAR is dragged down by fielding and baserunning, but he's not a terrible choice for MVP. It's not that undeserved since it's not like he's the eighth best player or anything. But if you're factoring more than just what each player does while in the batter's box, Trout is pretty clearly a better player. Correct.
