Good news on the Schwarber front, he's actually been pretty awesome against lefties but the results don't show it because of SSS. His wOBA against lefties is .200 but his xwOBA is .422. His xwOBA against lefties last year was .281. He's hitting the ball really hard against them, at 94.1 mph -- even harder than he is hitting the ball against righties in the early going. Last year his avg. exit velocity against lefties was 86.1 mph. He's had a couple line outs that have sunk his early numbers. And the best part, he has a 31.3% K% against lefties, but he's actually made contact on 78.6% of his swings against them. Last year he was at 63.1%. Seems like sequencing has got the best of him in a handful of ABs, included a few called strike threes. Almora's probably always going to kinda suck against righties, though -- at least the ones with decent breaking stuff.
