  1. At least he's finally watching instead of playing. That was, you know, supposed to happen. Cheater.
  2. I'll admit that I've started to have serious doubts that we are only going to be bad this season. Bad would be so much better than what we are witnessing.
  3. Did anybody see the Feldman error? Was it an embarrassing one?
  4. There are a lot more reasons that we lost than just the cheater. We also suck at almost every part of baseball.
  5. This team sucks in so many different ways.
  6. I love how all of you beautiful bastards are praying for outs as if the Cubs can't blow a 5-0 (5-1) lead. Although, I'm cheering for outs because I don't want Rizzo's homer and Castro's two walks to be erased.
  7. Question for the day: Does anyone remember a Cubs team that allowed this many baseballs to hit the backstop?
  8. Kudos to Pablo for drawing more attention to a really good play by acting like he got hurt when he didn't.
  9. Sorry, but watching that thing live I never thought for a second they'd actually get him out. Until they actually did. He needs to beat that out. He probably did ETA: And what a ludicrous thing to say. "He needs to beat that out." "He needs to get a hit there." "He needs to get that batter out." Oh let me just put my magic needs to hat on, and do that for you. Say it however you want to say it. Soriano is fast enough that the play shouldn't have been close, even with one or two bad hips. For whatever reason, that wasn't the case.
  10. Sorry, but watching that thing live I never thought for a second they'd actually get him out. Until they actually did. He needs to beat that out. He probably did Also true. No. He really didn't.
  11. That is hard to do when the guys getting on base are in the middle of the order and the guys hitting with RISP are the worst bottom of the order in baseball. I'm quite certain that everybody been at fault at one time or another in that department. You aren't ranked last in the MLB or near it because your bottom two guys are always screwing up. In addition, it's not like the middle of our order are gang busters when it comes to OBP.
  12. Sorry, but watching that thing live I never thought for a second they'd actually get him out. Until they actually did. He needs to beat that out.
  13. 1. I still can't believe Soriano couldn't beat that play. 2. Seriously, if the Cubs could just be MLB average or a bit below average with RISP, they'd be so much flipping better.
  14. I just got my happy ending. :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
  15. I don't mind you toying with me, Cubs, so long as you give me pleasure at the end.
  16. It's April. The Cubs suck. Yet, I'm feeling like it's the postseason right now. I'm crazy.
  17. Please win, Cubs. Please. Wins against the Brewers make me feel so wonderful.
  18. We are so going to lose. Stop being negative. Stop being negative.
  19. Really wish based on your previous statement tonight that you would not have said that. Haha.
  20. Oh, no. And so it begins. And. So. It. Begins.
  21. You will take the time to apologize. I'm sorry, David. Classy. :good:
  22. Getting the first out to start the inning would be oh so huge.
