  1. I saw shoulder tightness mentioned somewhere. So he's dead.
  2. [tweet] [/tweet] Those dorks couldn't even avoid a division series hangover in '16.
  3. Baldonado with the most dominant performance I've ever seen from a pitcher I've never heard of. Dude blew those nobodies away.
  4. Ok fine, Zobrist and Underwood for Kiermaier. Final offer.
  5. I don't know anything about his salary (edit: I did know he was on a team-friendly deal. It would have been more accurate to say I have no idea how his salary would affect our LT situation) or injuries, he's just a guy I've really wanted since I found out he existed last year.
  6. I was wondering this about Kiermeier as well. Is be a free agent after 2020? Could we get him for Happ and one of our top arms? Does anyone think that is too much? Massive overpay
  7. In defense of the Padres, Hosmer does seem like the kind of guy who plays for the Padres.
  8. BREAKING: Adam Wainwright still plays professional baseball, apparently.
  9. I can't even calculate what level of chess Stearns is on now.
  10. I saw someone say he’s there for his arbitration hearing.
  11. So I guess his point is: As soon as they move to a better city and get a better front office, game on.
  12. And then imagine the Brewers also had Kershaw and Scherzer. Worried yet? Now add Severino. Nuff said.
  13. This was all part of Stearns's master plan to keep Cub fans out of the Ed Sheeran concert.
  14. Give me Junior Guerra everyday of the week and twice on Sundays over paying a top 20 pitcher well below value.
  15. That’s the best part. There are some who are saying six years is too long, which I agree with. Oh, except when you realize he got the total money he was supposed to get for five. Just think of the 6th year as a $1m team option with a $1m buy out.
  16. Where did you see that? [tweet] [/tweet] http://www.reactiongifs.com/r/2013/06/I-dont-believe-you.gif
  17. The only thing this accomplishes to any significant degree is bringing attention to how 2nd rate the Brewers are. But to be fair, to be SOTMRFIB, you can't really prioritize quantity.
  18. I went to Milwaukee for a Cubs game for the first time last year and bought my $20 tickets like 2 weeks before. So...good luck, I guess.
  19. You can find all the latest-breaking Darvish news right here
  20. It seems like if Archer could be had for mediocre major leaguers and non-elite prospects, he would have been moved in November. All the talk of how crazy high the asking price is, if that turns out to be Domingo Santana and a couple of Milwuakee’s remaining prospects, I’m going to be kind of pissed.
  21. [tweet] [/tweet] One of the more aggressive teams. Top half, even. A deal might eventually happen, but my sources say, also maybe it won't. Please clap. Edit: I just realized someone I follow RT'ed this and it's 16 hours old.
  22. The offseason is going so slow we're now going back in time to last wednesday.
  23. Hmm... I thought for sure I was going to be right this time. Darvish is still on Pacific time, so it should be announced in the next hour or so.
