We really don't know enough about these guys ability or their signability, to really say a team isn't smart for their pick. All we have our videos and various publication's scouting reports. There was a lot of negative stuff said about the Cubs' draft that netted them Schwarber and Cease and the Cubs did pretty well for themselves there. I don't think I'll ever forget how dumbfounded the mlb hosts were after the Schwarber pick because Alex Jackson was higher up on the list their producers handed them before the broadcast.
