    I predict Vitters puts up a .700'ish OPS as the right-handed half of a LF platoon at some point this year, and spends 2-3 years finding similar roles throughout the league. And I predict that Jackson never plays in the majors again. Disclaimer: I'm wrong most of the time.

    I doubt it. That kid was a total turd. I think he moved and changed schools after being thrown into a dumpster. You should look him up and apologize. It could end up like Steve Buscemi in Billy Madison.

    I have to listen to the stupid Reds announcers on the radio. They're under the impression that most people in the Cubs organization think Castro is going to have to move to the outfield. Has anybody - in the Cubs organization or elsewhere - ever said this?

    Bunt happens, runs don't score. Renteria walks up to Castillo in the dugout "When they ask about that bunt, I'll say I called it, avoid some of the heat." Except he says it in Spanish because that's why he was hired. It's pretty dumb to act like this would either be a) unheard of in sports or b) onerous or difficult to imagine. Right. I can't believe they didn't do that. Ugh, freaking Cubs, man.
