I'm assuming Russell starts at AAA next year, so I think he could be up much sooner than that. Alcantara was up in July and Russell is much more advanced than Alcantara was last year.

I would be thrilled if Bryant singed a long term contract just because that would mean we could start the season with our Super Smash lineup. I want that to happen more than logical reasons can justify.

What's the reasoning of bringing up Vizcaino but not Rivero? Did Rivero reach his innings limit, Vizcaino needing more work, or boring service time reasons?

I think in that instance it was a neutral comment since Castro did stand there for awhile and JD included the fact that he took off afterward. You could see the moment where Castro realized what he was doing.

Mixed results for Nelson so far. He didn't strike Javy out, but he was able to keep Soler in the park. He might have a future.

I might be pulling this out of my ass, but it seems like he's been k'ing less and making more weak contact, and I think he went through that same pattern at AAA. K-crazy, then more weak contact, then rules all. Again, I have nothing but memory to base this on.
