Thug life came to play today! Man it must suck to play against a white guy who's draining threes from half court.

1. Korie Luscious sucks. Seriously. He isn't good. True PG? LOL 2. White is your team this year. As far as being productive and being relied upon to do so much, he's been statistically maybe the most important player to a high-major team this year. The IF he comes back is enormous. 1. Korie Lucious doesn't "suck" and we aren't relying on him to be a big player next year. Just someone who can take pressure off of Royce so he doesn't have to handle the ball as much as this year. 2. Royce is a big part of our team but he isn't our whole team. We have the best 3 point shooting team in the Big XII, only one other team in the country can say they have four different players who have made more than 45 three pointers.

Best team ever? Marcus Fizer laughs at you. Not saying it'll happen but they will have the potential to be that good. Man I don't know, that Fizer team was the second best team in America that year(IMO). The committee screwed them. True, I wasn't an Iowa State fan back then so maybe my prediction is off. I'm just saying next years team is going to be really good.

Iowa State is going to be even better next year, quite possibly their best team ever if Royce comes back. We'll have a true PG in Lucious and an athletic wing player in Will Clyburn, both are something this years team has lacked.

Iowa St. would fare about as well as Nebraska has in the B1G. So you think 10 wins in the second hardest conference translate to 4 in the B1G?

I figured that game would be frustrating. It's only natural to look past a 1-13 opponent when you have your toughest 3 game stretch coming up.

Latest Bracketology doesn't even have Illinois in the next four out category. Iowa State is a 9 seed vs St. Louis.

Bears need to add a minimum of two WR's this off season, probably three considering the health of Knox. He can't be counted on for next year.

But now we're tied for 3rd in the conference, we can beat KSU next Saturday. who cares about being tied for 3rd in the conf. if they finish with enough wins to get anywhere remotely close to 3rd in the conf, they're in regardless. i'm more concerned about pulling away from ksu and texas than i am getting closer to baylor. We're up by two games on both teams. Texas has to play both Baylor and KU still and KSU plays Mizzou on Wednesday. We could be up by three games on both teams after they beat TT next week. Not really concerned with either team being able to catch us.

Dee hated Bruce, so I'm not really surprised. Funny though that Dee and Deron have basically opposite feelings about this.

Anyone following this NCAA mock selection on twitter? They have Illinois as the 42nd overall seed, probably around an 11 seed. Iowa State is at 34.

Is there any point in waiting until after the season to fire him? How do you run a practice after throwing half your team under the bus like he did last night? The team should wear Draymond Green and Robbie Hummel masks to practice today.

He could probably go back to SIU after the year with Lowery most likely gone but with the way he acted tonight he'll be lucky to get a coaching gig in Poland.
