I said it somewhere in the offseason, but LeMahieu is basically Theriot with a little more BABIP and slightly more power both of which way may Coors Field aided, losing him is such a wet fart of a move that guys like Jesse Rogers like to write articles about. -

RHB's against this Reed fellow, in his brief MLB career, are hitting .299/.381/.557 with 53 total hits, 11 HRs, 11 2Bs and 19 BB in only 43.2 innings. On top of allowing 4 or more runs in 7 of his 10 career starts and only going more than 5 innings 3 times. So yeah.... Good luck, guy.

A noon game on a Saturday seems weird for non-Wrigley field games. Usually these are always night games on the road.

that was my first thought, but wasn't it still kind of light out when that happened? Lester wasn't pitching in that game. I looked up the box score..... it was a challenge on Howie Kendrick stealing 3rd. He was called out on the field but they overturned it to him being safe.
