I think he was saying it's a de facto title game. Yeah that's what I meant. Winner of that game should be the winner. I know Michigan is "hot" but they still are a team that lost 5 games in a shitty BIG conference and basically lost to Houston last weekend. They certainly have the easiest path and it wouldn't be a shock if they won it and Beilein is probably the best coach in the country, just think Nova and Duke (on the right night for Duke) are the clear two best teams left with Nova being the clear best.

I’ve seen it talked about too that he does something goofy with his grip (I think part of it is his hands are so big) but he has a tendency to over grip with at least one of his hands that causes issues as well.

Imagine the guy from Breaking Bad (also was in BCS) who drives the red BMW convertible that Walt fries the battery on. That’s how I imagine every guy who drives an Infiniti Q acts like and that guy definitely gives Trump a run for his money on douche chills.

Yeah, there was nothing worth going over for us this offseason and we still added pretty much the best outcome of players we could anyways and next year we almost certainly are going over even without a Harper addition.

Speaking of pitching machines. On my traveling little league one of the dads bought a JUGGS machines for us. The first day he got it (he was also a neighbor and his son played on the team with me and brother) he picked us up and took us to our field to meet our coach to try it out and for some reason he had it aimed towards the OF for fly balls and he cranks the thing up all the way (not really knowing what the hell he was doing) and I’ve never seen a ball travel further when he put it in. The ball took off over the OF fence in to the houses/neighborhood a good 200+ feet behind it and broke a window. That was the last time we used it for flyball practice and only used it for BP. I know, cool story. It was one of these things...

Then take the field Back when I worked at a golf course we would have pools for the US open where you'd pick 4 golfers and added up the money they won to determine the winner. It was really picking 3 golfers since everyone always had Tiger as one of their 4. I guess Dustin Johnson would be the closest to that these days. I think Rickie Fowler breaks through this year. Yeah I do a pool like that, tiered by World Golf Rankings where you pick 5 a week and get their “winnings.” Each week has individual winners and there’s a year long component where whoever has the most money at end of year wins the larger pool. As for betting individual golf tournaments, I rarely do unless I’m in Vegas and just looking to horsefeathers around and throw $20-50 on a guy or 2, but most “pro” betting guys I follow on social media don’t bet tournament winner odds a ton. If they do it’s usually only long odds guys at 20/1+ odds (think like a Patrick Reed in a good field) since the payouts/odds to win on the big names aren’t worth the risk or they even wait until going in to a Sunday to bet on guys who at least you know have a chance. Those guys typically seem to bet make/miss cuts, individual daily matchups, total birdies/bogies, top 5/10/20 finish, etc. That seems to be where you can find an angle, especially currently with how strong golf is, there’s about ~20 guys in any given tournament now who may win and it’s not a big surprise.
