Do tell. RH batter up hit the ball off the end of the bat towards 1B, relatively hard, Rizzo was holding the runner and was playing further in and it seemed like he just completely didn’t see the ball off the bat. His glove stayed on his right side and the ball was on his left side in between the bag and his left leg. At least should’ve been able to knock it down and get 1 out.

Some bad luck today for Lester with Schwarber defense and some soft contact going for hits but he didn’t overly help himself, command and location was pretty bad. Oh well, think he’s better than results today and he doesn’t need to be 2015/16 Lester anymore. Plus as was noted earlier he’s had some slow starts in his career.

I'm a pretty upper-tier baseball fan and I literally had never heard of at least 3 guys in Miami's starting lineup. Nor the guy they warmed up in the bullpen (Jarlin something). I had to look up who they had starting the rest of the series because I had no idea what their rotation was and I’ve never heard of any of their SPs
