I don’t know. Sure he looked fine in the middle innings and was more aggressive but you can’t ignore the horsefeathers things he did to allow 7 runs to score. Plenty of horsefeathers pitchers can look good for a couple of innings in a start I mean yeah he needs to be better and he certainly was a horsefeathering idiot at times to put himself in bad spots but I saw some encouraging things and he seemed to be better with not being ridiculously wild. The 3 run inning was a lot of stupid horsefeathers and sequencing that easily could’ve been 0 runs. But yeah he needs to be better no doubt but there were some positive things to take away

I really liked overall how Chatwood looked today too, a ton more command/control. Process over results thing but he was quite good today, imo.

horsefeathering Willy needs to be better back there. Stay in the crouch to frame it, he does that too much

Yeah he’s been perfectly fine today kinda had a stupid luck/sequencing inning but overall looks good.

He doesn’t seem like a dumb player in other aspects of the game. Just randomly on the bases He probably sees Javy, Bryant and Heyward be baserunning gods out there and in his head thinks he can do what they do but then when it comes to actually doing it he clearly can’t and is a total buffoon.
