    Teams probably prefer not to trade ML pieces at deadline if contending. But if Theo was willing to trade Nomar at the deadline, even if it was 14 years ago, you can never rule it out with him. We are also uniquely set up to be able to lose a guy like Happ/Almora/Monty or two from the major league roster and it not affect us all that much.

    Happ and Chatwood for Britton, Gausman, and a bunch of IFA money? Is that crazy? I think that’s about fair but idk if I’m including Happ for a not for sure impact piece/rental. He’s only going in a DeGrom trade for me.

    I’d be very in on Pressly if he’s available and be willing to pay a decent amount. Same with Adam Conley as a “under the radar” target.

    Do it Theo Some combination of Happ, Almora, Monty, Caritini and non-Amaya prospects should get it done. If they want major league pieces.

    You’d assume we are one of the teams asking about Gausman and Bundy with Britton. Yes on Gausman, no on Bundy for me.

    Yeah agree. Throw in another guy to try and get the IFA money or even swap Ademan in for Short if it takes that.

    I absolutely do that first deal and think it should be about fair value. No horsefeathering way do I do the Stroman deal.

    I’d recommend going if you’ve never been. They are fun events and also seeing Tiger is awesome. If you can get a weekday off the practice rounds are fun too, golfers are more laid back obviously and crowds are a little lighter

    Yeah he’s rolling over everything. He hasn’t hit too many balls hard since coming back, there’s the HR in SF and I can’t think of another.
