    The only problem with that is Bynum can't start since he's on the DL. I know, but the point was better made with Bynum instead of JJ. Scary thought that Jacque Jones looks like a stud compared to the some of the others on this offensively-challenged roster.

    Is there any reason to keep Nevin, Walker, and anyone else that's not in Hendry's plans for next year? JH should certainly be able to send them and cash to some contender's bench for a low-A garbage prospect..... at least free up the roster space for other guys in the organization to get a chance to show what they can do for the last 2 months of the year.

    Through the mid to late 80's, U2 was hands down my favorite band and these 5 albums are the reason why: Boy October War The Unforgettable Fire The Joshua Tree I'd take these 5 albums over Led Zep and I'm a fan of Zeppelin.

    If I were KW, I would package McCarthy, Anderson, and 3B prospect Josh Fields and see if I could convince the Marlins to trade away Miguel Cabrera. Trading McCarthy for a 2-month rental (i.e. Soriano) would not be a great move. Trading McCarthy as part of a deal that nets one of the top young position players in baseball (making only $400K this year and under your control for at least 2 more years), would basically be kicking the rest of the league in the family jewels. Forget Soriano, I would vomit if the ChiSox got Cabrera.
