  1. The collection of Bear kickers/punters has to be the worst in the league and by a large margin.
  2. Oh look another Oline penalty.
  3. They got bailed out by a missed receiver who was open by about 10 yards, but a stop is a stop I guess.
  4. Oh look another false start.
  5. Well if Caleb doesn't lead scoring drives in his first couple possessions this game might be over by half way through the 2nd quarter.
  6. Well that was about as effortless a TD as you see
  7. 40 is my guess for points scored by the Lions today.
  8. Now he kicks it out of bounds.
  9. This team just cannot win a game when they're 21 over .500. That's like the 4th or 5th time they've had a chance to go 22 over now.
  10. Would be nice to see them finally hit 22 games over. I feel like they've hit 21 at least 3 or 4 times now.
  11. It's crazy that the Mets seriously have a shot at not finishing .500. At one point they were 21 games over .500 at 45W-24L and following today's 6th loss in a row they're now only 6 games over .500
  12. So GB making Washington, and Jayden Daniels in particular, look really bad.
  13. I still don't understand why the Cubs didn't pick up David Robertson for only money. It just seemed so obvious and while Robertson hasn't been elite, he has been more than good enough. 12.2 IP 2.84 ERA 3.54 FIP 2.57 xFIP 12.79K/9
  14. When you make a typo in your calculator and don't notice.
  15. I mean the Cubs are kind of living off their hot streak to start the year too. They've been around a .500 team for months now. On June 7th they were 40-24(.758), since then they're 43-39(.524). Outside of that hot start, they've been basically the same team they were in 2023 and 2024.
  16. Unrelated, but I'm rather looking forward to that Horton vs Skenes game on 9/15.
  17. I was referring to their record since the start of the SF series, which admittedly goes a bit beyond 2 weeks. They've played a number of bad to really bad teams and went 7-8 over that stretch.
  18. It's so disappointing that if hey had played just decent to good baseball over the last couple weeks, we're looking at a 2 or 3 game deficit in the division instead of 5.5.
  19. Umm, she was doxxed long ago. Her name, profession, place of work etc. are already out there.
  20. Yeah, outside of Mathis there's some maybe if I squint really hard guys and some, I don't even think they're with the organization next season guys.
  21. Even if they don't add a SP this offseason, you're still looking at Steele/Boyd/Shota/Horton/Taillon. None of these guys are losing their rotation spot outside of the early part of the season that Steele might not be ready for. Honestly that's a pretty damn strong rotation without a FA or Wiggins.
  22. Unless he falls on his face in his final 2 to 3 starts I just don't see how Horton doesn't win NL ROY. He's now sitting at a 2.70 ERA in 110IP and pending a major Cub collapse he'll be 10W-4L.
  23. Well at least the Bulls can't disappoint me, because I never have any expectations for them in the first place.
  24. I'm so close to the point where being a Chicago sports fan is literally bringing nothing but negativity into my life. I'm on the verge of just saying screw it all and I'd probably be a happier person for it.
