Not even the rules guy mentions that no one touched him before the ball was punched out. Seriously? You guys do this for a living?

No because as long as the ball is moving after the initial hand to ball touch, it no longer matters that his knee is out even if it hand hits the ball loose then hits the players.

1st half hot takes 1) This rebuilt OL hasn't been awful, but certainly underwhelming 2) RB might be the most dire need on this team 3) DL much better than I expected 4) Caleb looks better in the pocket, but is still hesitant to make a throw before a guy is open 5) This secondary depth is not good.

Exactly. You can't run over the receiver if they're going to try and come back to the ball. It was definitely PI.

Mason is a much better RB than Aaron Jones. Hopefully Minnesota doesn't realize that.

Seriously though, this Detroit offense looks like the Bears. Do they ever go down the field? They do have rather good receivers so yeah you might not want to make everything a 5 yard dump down.
