I really love Pena's approach at the plate.
-
Castro is just so epic.
-
Every single ground ball is finding a hole. Clearly Garza has pissed off the babip gods.
-
Are you kidding me?
-
Tabata is apparently unstoppable.
-
Has Soto really looked that bad? I recall some scorchers hit right at people. I mean today. They both fouled out in their first at bats now they both hit shallow/infield flies with a runner on 3rd and 2nd with zero/one out.
-
Soto and Soriano with two horrible horrible at bats in a row now.
-
I thought it was gone off the bat...
-
Blake Dewitt. Castro and Baker Nowhere to be found are the 3,4,5,6 hitters.
-
Blake Dewitt.
-
Pena's time to shine.
-
Good rebound inning.

Cobs

We have put up with more than one interview now.....
-
Wow good play by Alvarez, but stop bunting Pena.
-
Why not walk Cedeno to get to the pitcher? I know Cedeno sucks, but still.
-
Pena.

Barney is gritty and gritty must mean speed and playing the game the right way. Hence we have Darwin in the 2 spot.
-
Barney batting second already paying high dividends.
-
Absolutely hate Barney in the 2 and I've mentioned several times before that Byrd has no business as the 3. Hopefully Quade figures that out soon.

Why the hell would Meek throw anything but a slider out of the zone? That was just really dumb on his part. -

Thank you Pirates. By the way, please no more Byrd in the 3 spot. -

Castro is awesome. -
My favorite Theriot moment was the mass hysteria from the common fan on Cubs.com and other various blogs following his trade. You would have thought the Cubs got rid of Sandberg in his prime. I also enjoyed the less version this winter when Sam Fuld was traded.
