    and i never undersand how grown (?) men (?) literally act like five year olds denied a lollipop when their first place, slam dunk to make the playoffs baseball team gets behind 6-4 in the sixth inning of a virtually meaningless baseball game. yet it happens. Have you never watched a game with you buddies or at a bar, no matter how unimportant the game is and got pissed off when the team strokes it? It happens. To the level that people whine in game threads? Nope. At a bar I shrug, turn away from the game, take a swig of beer, and find out whose turn it is at pool. I usually don't freak out over games like these, really no point. I just play Xbox or something. What I did hate was when the Cubs lost 2-1 to the Marlins.

    Well they may get impatient and want the game to be over with, 4 pitch inning for Lannan. The Cubs hit those ball pretty hard that inning, though.
