i thought this was just the other day against washington? That was just the Nats winning a weird game. This one has just been ugly. Poor execution, horrible defense, dropped third strikes, walks galore and bad managing.

At this point, Z has to earn his way back to pitch game 1 or 2 in a playoff scenario. As of now, he's pitching game 3 if I'm Piniella. Not too bad to have an ace quality pitcher pitching game 3.

That was more of a fall after the ball hit his glove. A true dive and he possibly could have caught that one. That's crazy. He was coming in at full speed and there was no way he was going to catch that flare. Heck, even Brenly said Fonzie made a great effort to catch that ball. If Brenly is patting Sori on the back, you know it was max effort.
